Learning Challenge: Deskersizes

https://smallbiztrends.com/2015/10/deskercise-desk-exercises.html

This was my favorite article because it had so many exercises listed that were simply described. I really liked the arm stretched (active) where you stretch your arms up for 10 seconds. I often get knots in the back of my neck and shoulders from being so tense so I think this exercise will really help in the long run. The lower back exercise were you put your shoulders to your ear and hold it may also help because I do often experience bad posture and back pain when I'm at my computer for too long!

  1. Hi again, Callie! I think that the article you chose was really interesting. I think that it’s extremely important for a person to do small exercises when they’re working or even studying for long hours. Our body has a way of telling us that we’ve overworked ourselves. With that being said, doing small exercises can help with blood flow and help us focus.

Maybe it's due to the fact that I grew up with them and find even the low budget and cult movies to be an enjoyable experience. Something about the idea of the extensive makeup effects and the creation of paranormal and otherworldly monsters make my interests in horror films even worse. Favorites? The Saw series, those films are just so mind bending and fun to watch. I took a few Horror classes over the last few semesters and I enjoyed every single bit of them. With that in mind, in the future I'm hoping to make or take part in making some horror films as a career. I live with a few roommates in Norman, one of those being my little brother. I have two dogs, both of them are pomskys (Pomeranian ...

Favorite Place

My favorite place hides in the woods along a hidden path. The birds chirp, the water flows freely and subtly, and the sun peaks through the treetops providing warmth. Roots seem to overflow and take over the ground that holds them. It's quiet and loud at the same time. This place exists in many places around the world, but it is one I find the most solace in.
